St. Joseph School of Nursing programs reflect the healing mission of the Catholic Church and the philosophy of the Sisters of Charity of Montreal, “Grey Nuns”. St. Joseph Academic Center

The Associate of Science in Nursing Program, established in 2005, offers an associate of science degree in nursing and eligibility to take the NCLEX-RN licensure exam.  The program of education includes organized instruction in the scientific, cultural, spiritual and social aspects of nursing with correlated learning experiences.  The program offers advanced placement for licensed practical nurses.  Nursing career mobility opportunities are also provided.  

The ASN program has been granted temporary approval from the New Hampshire Postsecondary Education Commission and the New Hampshire Board of Nursing.

The Practical Nursing Program, established in 1964, offers a diploma in practical nursing and eligibility to take the NCLEX-PN licensure examination.  The program of education includes instruction in the scientific, cultural, technical, spiritual and social aspects of nursing with correlated learning experiences.  The practical nursing program has classrooms in Nashua and Keene.  Nursing career mobility opportunities are also provided. 

The Practical Nursing program is fully accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission, Inc., approved by the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing and licensed by the New Hampshire Postsecondary Education Commission.

The Health Occupations Program offers a Nursing Assistant course.  The course includes 90 hours of theory and 90 hours of clinical instruction.

The Health Occupations Nursing Assistant program is approved by the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing and licensed by the New Hampshire Postsecondary Education Commission.

The school reserves the right to revise the admission standards, tuition, fees, curriculum, and policies in all school publications.  Whenever possible, advance written notification of any revisions will be posted.
